Unique lighting experience beyond default system capabilities
TOLYN is a lightweight android app aimed at providing users with all their mobile lighting needs. Current features of the app includes flashlight mode, strobe light mode, SOS light mode, as well as screen light mode. Upgrading plans and new features will also be introduced upon reaching specific amount of downloads.

Key Takeaway
TOLYN was created and published on the Google play store initially to assess the mobile app market and get familiarization on Android SDLC. Every phase in the development was a learning cycle and one of the challenges I faced was regarding how quickly the Android API gets deprecated at each version release and the need for backward compatibility support, especially when requesting features from hardware components. Overall, I had fun and will be continuing to build more mobile apps.
